Rear Lights...?

How many different styles of rear lights did Seat make?

As far as im aware, only 2. They both look the same, except the backing colour is either red or silver (silver on the better modles). Also the fog and reverse light are swaped over depending on left/right hand drive.

the facelift models after 2006 have slightly darker red backing colour, so 3 variations in all

Can't believe they wasted money making them slightly darker but then didn't change things like the crappy rear washer jet tube and boot pipes popping off!

easiest would be to search for used cars or in the readers rides section for people with a standard 52 plate 1.2, a 06- 1.2 and the 06- FR (as you have got)

only available on the continent i'm afraid...and no good for here as the clusters are reversed with the reverse light on the opposite side

no difference i believe, although the FR's will be more exclusive as less are sold

there are dark background types available in RHD(Right Hand Drive) I found them on ETKA and also a single lamp on ebay for sale.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=110356000508 as you'll notice the foglight is on the on that lamp which is the offside inner lamp meaning its intended for a RHD car.

yeh dunno why no one over here makes them when they make the horrible chrome clear ones lucky not seen a car on here with them on,nasty! Seen a car from Europe on here with black ones look really smart.
