Coast to Coast rear light upgrade

Hello, i just bought a new Seat Leon mk4 2024 advance
I am from Egypt and the dealership here brought the Leon without the coast-to-coast rear light, and I want it, does anyone know or tried to upgrade the coast-to-coast rear light before?

The car doesn’t have the full line from side to side on the rear lights, nor the led curved style lights on the sides. It does however have red transparent plastic over the whole rear. But the only lights that work are the regular brake lights (which also work as normal rear lights) and the 3rd brake light
