was driving down the road the last day and ma bonnet flew open, smashed ma windscreen and kinkd ma roof!!! me wan ta cry!!!!!!

i havent a clue.. coz i checked the catch afterwards and it held the bonnet, even when it wasn closed properly!! worse of all.. had ma preg sis in the front!!! i have a bonnet-vent so the weight of that kinkd ma roof!!!

ya, bonnet and windscreen.. i dont have windscreen cover!!
My brother wants to buy it off me now tho.. because its the only wide arch one around.. his going to try and fix it up and sell it! his a panel-beater.. so his dead handy at things lik that! he just wouldn actualy do it for me tho! im going to look for a standard ibiza, cause i loved driving it.. compared to ma normal car!

try ebay, look for sellers breaking their ibizas, you might be able to get a windscreen of them cheap, otherwise it'll cost like 600 from autoglass, which is about what ibizas are worth lol.....or sell it to your bro and buy a 16v gti

just add windscreen cover to your policy ...its about £15...then just get a new one the excess is normally about £50.

lucky you wasnt hurt though. Thought it was only renault clito's that had mind of there own bonnets.

Windscreens are just over the £100 mark, I had one fitted by an independant chap a few year back.
