what a brilliant video im sure the head assembly is much more complicated, anyone got a clutch video as im wanting to do the g60 and vr6 flywheel soon and need an idea!!

That video has Made me even more comfident at doing this..I knew about what ever way it comes apart it has to go back in the same uniform way..
Plus what ever is Metal on metal Must be well Lubed

Awesome Just awesome i got my head round everthing....I mean everything there only think that Conserned me abit is getting the pistons rings to the correct side...

When he was De-glazing the bores is that procedure really needed?

Also for the AUM piston im using are these Seals fine?

watch those vids several times to understand, write down the clearances he says in a notepads for ref..
its a very good guide to get your head round

Yeah as im in no rush now to build it up..im goin 1.9 20vt instead as i can do it over a period of time...plus with work being as it is times are tight...

New head bolts = £3.42 +VAT each

New Oil Pump = £92.90 +VAT
New Oil Retainer = Not 100% what you mean
New Rocker Gasket = £17.14 +VAT
New Spark Plug gasket = No seal availble
New Throttle bodie gasket = £311.54 +VAT
New Oil sump Gasket = £14.74 +VAT (sealer)
New Timing Belt Tensioner = £41.00 +VAT
New Piston Ring set = £29.25 +VAT

or will you build this, for a strengthened engine anyway and put your k03s on....just in the case of you ever going BT
