Guys, it has occurred to me that many of us may have owned more than one SEAT. What SEAT cars have you owned in the past? I'll start off with mine:
First was an Ibiza Mk2 1.4 SE 3dr in Aosta Green, this was back in 1997 and unfortunately I don't have a picture of it.
Second was a Toledo 1.8 20v SE in Sovereign Red. This was in 2000:
After this came my first Cupra, a late X plate AUQ engined car with all the toys, electric memory leather, ESP, rain sensor etc. Forgive the wheels, this was in 2004:
I really, really regret selling that car but hey ho. Next came an almost identical Leon Cupra minus the rain sensor and the memory function on the leather seats:
I then took a break from Leons and went for a Mk4 Ibiza 1.9 TDi 130 sport:
When I had decided that diesels were slow, boring and generally cr*p, I picked up a Leon 20VT Sport which was very black to say the least. I was living in Germany at this point if you're wondering about the peculiar billboards:
This car turned out to be a bit of a dog so I got rid of it and played with a few Saabs and other such rubbish until I got my hands on my latest Leon earlier this year:
I don't fancy the Mk2 Leon very much so I'll be sticking with this one for the foreseeable future. It will either be replaced by a Mk 3 Leon when it arrives or I may just keep it forever and drive it at weekends.
