I took a nice bit of his bump strip off which will buff out, but the panel looks like its cut somehow. Don't know how it happened.

Na, Had bad experiences with Insurance companies in the past, believing Stupid lying Indians over me. I'd rather let him walk away and deal with it myself. Next door neighbour reckons the back quarter's been filled anyway, so all it really needs is a wet 'n' dry, prime, paint and lacquer... Easyish job? I managed to colour code my bumper easily enough...
