Regarding ATP intake, it may not be the best looking but it can support heavily tuned cars and much more horsepower than many other popular intakes. It sounds better than vflow and in a more civilised manner. It has more muscle than looks and the cone filter is more sophisticated than others. It has some flaws and may require minor modifications but it is considered a race car product not so much a tuner product.

I have ATP intake and I can show you some photos. One shows the intake as you buy it and the other is after I had ceramic coating on it (don't pay attention to the return pipe - I was doing some tests).

If you compare it to dbilas then yes it can suck some hot air but if you compare it to others it has a better approach. Notice how the cone filter sits directly behind the air duct. It sucks more cold air than vflow or pflow or forge being at that position. When the car rolls the intake remains cold to the touch. If the car is stationary for a while it may soak heat, but this is eliminated once you start rolling again. One of the reasons I chose to have ceramic coating on it was to protect it from heat soak.

If you like an OEM-like approach dbilas is the best. If you want a bit of added sound and aim for big increase in horsepower then ATP is much more aggressive. Dbilas was built based on GTIs and is good for up to 300bhp. More aggressive tuning and big turbos have bigger needs in cold air volume.

Don't take for granted my opinion, but have in mind that what I say is from personal experience. I tried both evoms' intake and forge.
