A few months ago I bought an other charge pipe, I did try spraying it black but it did'nt turn out too good so after reading what Scorcio had done to his I thought I'd have a go at polishing it.

Ah its not good mate!

I dnt remember if i told u i was waiting 4 monts for my ETG to get fixed.. well its not fixed.. so the map is on but the cars not running right at all. Going to get the car back in TotalVAG first thing tusday so they can fix it... again.. im just really anoying as i had to w8 4 months for the sensor.. and quite likely my old one was fine!! its gutting. but seeing 22psi boost make it a little better Also i need to get a 007 as splitters cant hadle stage 2 maps

Its a gutter mate! You heard when you will get ur hands on an EGT? Seat told me they will be getting them in early feb, so i dont know how TOTAL VAG got one sooner..

The guy at AMD said its leaking boost! Thing i dont understand it... the DV recives boost from both sides of the piston, so surly it will keep closed untill you let off and u get VAC. When on boost i get a nice hissing sound, but im starting to think maybe its not the splitter and maybe iv got a split hose?? I need to borrow a 007 me thinks to see if the hissing goes away!!

Is your split-R venting to atmos or is it in full recirc ??

I thought when it was set to full recirc it worked the same way as the 007, But Kenny does know what he's talking about.

split are doesnt have a spring dk does it had a talk with kenny about it cause i was gonna get another split r but he said dont bother

I think it has got a spring but you can adjust it, if you want it for the noise dont bother mate stick to the 007, you'll just get lag
