well done abit of welding on the old shed today,, welded the seams on the b illars and put first coat of skim on...its fairly warped but couldnt do alot aboput that..also welded the holes over where the side bezal ran along the sills...and finally welded up the rear arch spats holes...all welds grinded back at first coat of skim applies..hopefully will make some real progress soon

well after leaving it for a few weeks as i was short on time and interest ive been back on the caddy, have got some serious task upfront. first is removing the whole front panel... so far ive drilled out abou 100 spot weld and prob 50 to go... lots of tugging and banging and scrapping of seam sealer too...also the pillars are nearly done now, few more skims of filler and should be away

Quality restore project matey, just read through the thread now, keep it up the work on the bodywork is top notch so far, would love to do something like this, Best of luck i shall be keeping a close eye on this one.

cheers chaps...as for a g60 i would love one! the way things have been going i was tempted to drop in the beezers engine! haha.. going back down on it later... i have still got a huge huge huge amount of work to be done but it will get there soon enough!

hi flapper, il pass on the p's..had a set of my own started to polish and then sold them! lol...and unfortuntly i think ive already sourced a rear glass screen...i shall keep my ears open tho! you got any other bits?

when this one finishes the gumball i would imagine if there is anything left i'll lay my hands on it but i can get all the usual aftermarket running gear if you need anything mind

pillars are done now, stone chipped all the sills, started on inner walls of the bed now

just waiting on welder so i can finally do the scuttle and weld on the front panel
