Nah, It reads fault codes and has a digi read out of 4 parameteres of your choosing, e.g. Mph, Rpm, Water Temp, Air Intake Temp etc. As for cost you can pick them up for about £100 on ebay.
when you have the heater on hot without a catch tank you can sometimes get a wiff of oil this is because of engine breathers and the catch tank is mean to cure it not sure if seats do it though
hmmm looks like a good tool does it fit other cars aswell so you can technically code read with it?
it helps having a silver car as well, i think the badges wouldn't look right on any other colour as they would stand out too much
Yeah it will fit any obd2 port, my mate has got mine in his corsa c denz at the minute and it's working fine.
its very handy to have if like me once in a whilr the EML comes on because of a sillt code,mine us because of the SAI incorect flow wich pops up every now and then come to think of it i havent had that pop up in minths now....happy days

you fitted it then mate , i stll aint got round to doing myne been pulled o nto another project doing br engine conversion . i got a lil punto to use and rst the cupra a little bit the fmic will be end of the monthe after if dont this conversion
