Do you have a link of where you got this from? I like the sound of this plate - seems a little easier than new sump plug adapter
HID's are easy to fit, worst part is drilling the headlamp back plate.
Gauges are a little more fiddly, but nothing horrendous, just a little time consuming!
yep u were right hids were a doddle , look awsome now, need to upgrade the full beam & fogs to suit now,
but really need to get going with these gauges , does anyone know the size of the sump plug needed , demontewwks web ant much help on info
is the temp sender a std size thread
cheers
I would like to know where this hole is
Will have to get a good look this week
dmmsta: On my car (ibiza mk3) there is a plug already connected here (blanking plug) as standard. Any clue what that is???
Prebs
Sorry for delay, easiest way to explain is...:
- Remove engine cover.
- Remove small plastic cover just infront of inlet manifold.
- Oil Filter should be visible.
- Just above where Oil filter attaches there is a blanking plug, removed with allen key.
If I can, I'll get you a photo, but won't be until the weekend, as I don't get home from work until it's dark...
Word of warning - Allen key is just a little fiddly...a good 20-30mins just to undo that one bit!
lol ok
is it the auto gauge one you have - does the probe that comes with that fit the thread?
were this sandwich plate fit then ??
