Hey,

I know it's been covered a few times and i have searched, but not really found a definitive answer.

I currently have a green filters open cone, i've had it on for a while now although it's never given me any issues, i'm pretty sure it must be affected by heatsoak/high temperature air.

So i'm looking for some kind of filter setup that keeps the filter and intake temps a bit lower, but it must also provides a good noise from the 007 d/v (i'm so vain i know  )

I've been looking at the Jabba setup with the heatshield, but it's rather expensive.

Also i've been looking at where i could put a cold air feed, however i'm struggling due to still using the standard IC. (FMIC is a project for next year, when i've got over the financial hit of buying a house! ).

Any recommendations?

Been looking at the dynatwist, and i quite like the look of it, only thing is where to i run the cold air pipe to ? can i just shove it in the wing?

also how does the dynatwist compare to the jabbasport filter & heat shield?

I have been wondering about changing my filter also. Would any of the above be better performance and sound over the BCM CDA?? Really wanting a loud grunt/suck...

Ibiza mk3 Dynatwist feed pipe (80mm) goes up into inner wing where the std one went, just enlarge the foam fitment the std snorkle went thru to secure it.

make your own jabba kit up with a large jetex filter and the jabba heat shield!

shield costs about 50 quid and the cone is less!

I was gonna say, becuase you don;t actually run a hose there right?

I know that for other cars they run a line from the nipple on throttle body...but in your case its blanked off then?
