)The new key didnt need programming because I took the transponder chip out of the new key and put it in the new key.
But to programme the chip you put the old key in the ignition and turn it on. You then lock the car and hold the unlock button down until the horn blips. (do this with the window down incase the new key doesnt work!
Transponder = Glass-immo or printed circuit board ?

The standard power still puts a smile on my face when I boot it, so I suppose when I stop smiling i'll get it mapped

Picking up black pillars tomorrow to match the black gauge pod holder. So should match a bit better.
What gauge and pod combo is that
They weren't a combo buddy - bought them both seperately. Got the boost gauge from Halfords.....
It's an Autogauge boost gauge. Cost me £25. You can get a PSI gauge or BAR gauge. I chose PSI because I understand it a bit better than BAR and it looked better imo.
The pod holder....that took a bit more searching....
Seems they're pretty rare to get hold of. Hardly anywhere sells them.
