Ah right got you now - no, they're just in there loosely, probably to save them getting lost in transit.
Rob you'll need at least 1 washer for the transmission side mount as the OEM bolts have these as part of the bolt but the Issam ones don't.
I did a guide for the transmission side. Do you have an engine hoist?
Nice Mani Rob. I emailed Tigart for a price on a 225 k04-023 manifold and they replied with a cost of 799 Euros plus 50 Euro delivery. A tad pricey. I noticed that it is cheaper than your mani on thier website but how did they charge you must less.

Remember the K04 version is equal length and the K03 is not, that has to be the source of the extra cost IMO, JBS charge £650 + VAT for the K04 version.
Tubular only, no mention of equal length.K04 is supposed to be a mare to fit. How long did it take sie to get his fitted?
Tig-art reckoned it was about a 7 hour job.
Which mani did they quote you on willy? They are also making a non equal length tubular manifold. Thats the one JBS quoted at £450 + vat
Today I had an interesting conversation with Jim from Star, he phoned me for a chat and we got some things sorted out, so I feel a bit better about things.
Turns out that ALOT of GT2X and even some GTRS turbos have been blowing, upon inspection from turbo companies like AET, Turbo dynamics, etc. they all say that the internals are all very poorly made with out of spec tolerances etc., that's why they're all blowing. Jim's had 8 or 9 cracked manifolds too - hence the reason why he no longer deals with them.
He has offered to help me if I require it (offered to trailer my car up to Star to refit the turbo etc.), plus he has offered to pay for the shipping of my manifold to the USA, (which left today), so some faith has been restored.
Jamie - you did the right thing having your GT2X reworked from new, from what I've heard it would only be a matter of time before it blew like mine. So far the reworked turbos have been fine to date with no failures.
Tubular only, no mention of equal length.
Yeah, from what Jim told me the turbos have shocking build quality, just about every GT2X that ATP has sold has blown.
With regards to Eliminator 2, ATP said: "We've made many improvements to installability, tunability, and reliability." Seeing is believing eh!
Fortunately good old UK turbo companies are rebuilding them to better specs with proper tolerances!
