I contacted TIG-ART in Israel today with regards to a tubular manifold, mainly because I HATE this ATP one SO much! Turns out they have them in stock, same as the JBS ones and are MUCH cheaper. £393 shipped to my door - compared to £528 + shipping from JBS for the same thing! Pics TIG-ART sent me:

They have 2 in stock, so I have ordered one. Now I MUST get this ATP one off!!! I need a wacky 12mm spanner to get at these last nuts!!!

TIG-ART are great to deal with. http://www.tig-art.com/home

so after all of this your sticking with k0x turbo fitment style?

I wish I had a blowtorch and vise, I'd make my own, but I don't so can't!

I've asked Zircotec and Camcoat about having the TIG manifold coated, Camcoat want £105 + VAT for a satin black coating, coated on the inside and outside, sounds like a good deal to me. Zircotec want £300 for an outside coating only. Less heat will get to the welds on the manifold so hopefully that means less chance of cracking.

Can't you get a stubby spanner, or a flip head ratchet on the nuts either, Rob?

Out of interest, when Cupra Matt took his off, he took all the studs out and used cap (hex) head screws to mount the manifold. I meant to do that last time........

Nothing! Even with the bent spanner I reckon all you'll get it a 1/4 turn at most on one side of the nut!

I read that using bolts instead of studs is a VERY bad idea, plus trying to get a hex socket adapter in there would be even harder than just a spanner.

There is TONS of room around the tubular manifold nuts - so this problem will never happen again!

Not tons of room, but it's a little easier. My tubular manifold is still tight and frustrating.

Camcoat vs zircotek coatings are worlds apart in durability and function Rob

Camcoat is a cheaper option as its a cheaper, thinner coating and not so durable.

Interesting guy @ tig-art will deal direct now. guess some prior arrangement is now not functional.

Yes, will be going Zircotec, they've quoted me £228 + VAT to do my manifold, 3-year guarantee against flaking off. I knew they were the best and their quote came in better than I thought.

TIG-ART responded straight away, were happy to help and had stock ready to ship, 500 Euros to my door (£393). JBS were never even mentioned by them or me.

Is that serious? lol if it is. Theyre saying 899 Euros on the site as well, wonder how much the T25 flanged RHD mani would be.

899 is for the equal length which they don't do any more. Guy Levintin responded in my email and said:

"We have a new, different design for the super-stock manifolds. I've attached a picture of our new K03 super stock design, which we can offer you in 500 Euros shipped to Scotland."

Ahh, so the stock one is the non-equal length version, but its not on the website?

Wonder if theres going to be any movement in price for the RHD equal length one.
