I'll do my best not to break it

yikes, mine wasnt that dear, about 55 with the sight and a drain plug

Well it's £48.50 on ebay + £6 P&P. He said if i want the sight then it'll be an extra £8 for two elbows to be welded on, but he doesn't have the clear tube so i'd have to get that from somewhere too.

Cheers mate. I did drop him a text last week to let him know.

I think i paid £10 at Donny for a passenger band.

Got paid today :) Still not sure on catch tanks though. I prefer the look of the Caterham one, but think the ATP one will fit better. Decisions, decisions!!

The rain stopped a lot of what i wanted to do today to get the car ready fot the BHP Show on Monday. I did get 'round to filling the bumper grille where i'd cut it all out at the weekend, and giving that a few coats of paint. Not overly happy with the finish but i need it back on the car friday. It'll get re-painted along with a lot of other bits when the sun finally decides to stay out for a few days.

Still no sign of my inlet manifold:(

Tried to get some bits done before Lydden on Monday. Again, the rain was on/off all day so it slowed down progress abit:(

I initially just wanted to fix the mess i'd made of the bumper grille at the weekend, but whilst the bumper was off i thought i'd tackle the intercooler pipework again

Front end off:

The radiator hose was sitting right in the way of where the intercooler pipe needed to run. I then decided to run a 90 degree pipe straight up from the 'cooler, then into the Map sensor housing behind the headlight. Another 90 from that gave me a line that kind of line up to the throttle body.

I then had to cut a bit of the front panel, just to fit the pipe under neatly.

Overall i'm quite happy. I had to use a coupler as i didn't have alloy pipe long enough, but will eventually get a straight pipe from the 90 degree to the reducer.

Also re-fitted the lower grille in the bumper:

Awsome work mate, fair play.

Whats your goal HP figure?

Get that inlet mani polished/painted :p

Eventually i'd like to get a bigger turbo, maybe a GT2X or something.

My inlet mani is away getting polished as we speak, should be back next week!

The silicone is going black. Eventually i'll buy, or try and swap with someone for a black TIP too.
