Im throwing mine in a cordy if the worst ever happens ;)

Glad your happy with the way it pulls now mate, i'll have to take it for another spin at some point see how it drives now

A Cordy would be good, i do love the look of Stu's!

You're always welcome to take it for a spin.

If white is the colour this year then I think I will just keep hold of my car for a little bit longer.

Really like the car mate. Appreciate all the time/work/effort that has gone into it to get it how it is.

Yeah keep hold of it!

Cheers. Still got a fair way to go with it but i'm happy!:)

Yeah faster cars are fun. Maybe just sort the handling out on yours, fit ARB's, strut braces etc...then once you're definately sure you've had enough sell up and get something quicker. That's what i did.

Im already half way there. Got a front strut brace on, planning to get a rear. Altho the handling is good already. And i didnt think that arb's would fit on my car.

I'd take you out, and i'm sure Ben would too. His is quicker than mine though.

Well on the 2.0 16v i was paying around £800. I changed my insurer, and am now with Greenlight, all mods declared for £850.

Looking at either a Caterham one:

Or the ATP one:

I think i prefer the ATP one but it work out a little more expensive.

Gonna set me back about £75 by the time i've got the outlets for it though :(

I think it looks nicer and would also fit better than the Caterham one.

Hmmm that's got me thinking! I mailed the guy and he said he can put a site tube on it for me. Did you just drill into the wind for that Stu?

The people who built the engine fitted it, they mad 2 little brackets and bolted it through the arch liner. I found the guy quite willing to do the little extras and its nice bit of fabrication.

I hadn't thought about bolting it to the arch liner. I was going to fabricate a bracket to sit from the bolt on the strut brace and sit it in the empty space where the carbon cannister was. I've been looking at the Caterham one on ebay for a while now, just can't make up my mind. The ribena bottle needs to get replaced soon!
