Hallelujah everyone!!! At last, I was able to make meself two :)D) completely working and super-looking FOB's!!!

Parts used:
1J0 959 753 AH (Half that contains the battery, chip and keys)
1J0 837 246 F (Half that contains the blade)

I also got luck and the middle key IS functioning, which means I'm able to lock/unlock the boot/trunk ALONE!!! :D

Procedure used to "match" the Fob's (found in here):
1. Ignition on to red, lights on dash
2. Turn off immediately and pull key out
3. HOLD 1 of the buttons down (dont matter which)
4. PRESS the other 3 times ( with a SLIGHT pause) 1 . 2 . 3
5. Watch led on key (should flash) and doors usually try lock/unlock
6. Turn ignition key back on to red lights and wait 5 sec
7. Key out again and test operation

Procedure used to "match" the immobiliser (VAG-COM required; I have Immo v3 insied Instrument Cluster; mind the pre-requisites mentioned in the link below!!!):
http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/Immobilizer_III_Key_Matching_(Cluster)

It took me 3 hours to get the blades cut ([:@]), 10mins to "match" the Fob's and 5mins to "match" the immobiliser!!!

All I'm missing now are the SEAT badges...

Here are some photos of the FOB...

got mine working after it was sat in a drawer for six months. had the blade cut at local key place for a tenner my old spare with no buttons didn't have a chip in it so i opened the key with buttons and slid out the white plastic cover and carefully removed the chip i then put the chip into the flip key synced it to the central locking and another successful flip key.

2 things i need to do now find the seat badge which are a rare thing and get my other key programmed at the dealer any ideas how much that will cost?

Hi Atilla, couldn't say for sure if it would definitely work or not, I know I had a problem getting a key to work with mine as it's an older car (early 2001).

If you're interested, I have a brand new key for sale, blank blade and everything. I bought it for mine, but realised it would only work on newer cars, so I never used it. Here's a link to the original sale page:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130200622105

I paid £30 for it. You can have it for the same price including postage.

It's one of the two button jobs, but I don't think the third boot release button would work on a toledo anyway.

Just PM me if you're interested..
