Overfueling (Poor MPG)

Ive just got 220miles to a full tank all motorway driving all at 70-80mph..And around 43miles to 10quid...

My beezas had new MAf and Cts...Is there anyway i can log the fueling ?Could my lambda be knackered..

was thinging of doing mine due to overfuelling but there to expensive without knowing for sure its them.

was told not to get universal ones as migth not work correctly. you had any problems with yours?

Not fitted mine yet il be doing it either later or tomorrow. Read up loads about them and they are used by alot more people than you think. Seen quite a few topics of other vag sites like briskoda about them with no problems running them.

Originally bought mine from my local unipart place but then seen the exact same ones on ebay but for about 1/4 the price

keep us updated on how they are when done it then if you dont mind might be worht a try if you have no problems cheaper then dealer ones anyway.

Yeh will do. This is an emergency fix for me as ive got the remap on wednesday and cant afford to be spending £200+ on 2 lambda's from the stealers. Even if they only last till i can afford to buy some bosch ones im happy with that

well iv changed pracutaly every thing abr lambda's as having over fuelling isuse but dont want to spend 200+ if they aint the problem so cheap alternative to try would be good.

220miles to a tank on the motorway isnt that bad. A steady 70mph will give good mpg but when you go above 75mph or sit at 80mph it is not an economical speed. It costs about £45 to fill the tank so 43 miles to £10 is not that bad either as its a short trip and I expect you put your foot down a little bit accelerating. Cupras are not amazingly economical especially when you start to tune them.

Am only getting about 190miles to a full tank and i dont boost it or go over 4k max as its wont lol.

Thats bad mpg.
