Ive been told that spacers on the rear of my mk3 cupra will make the car alot more stable...

what would you recommend?

5mm each side would be pointless wouldnt it?

I have 20mm MOMO spacers each side on mine. I think i heard somewhere that the difference between front and rear track is 36mm.

oh right ok lol.. just unsure... where do they fit behind or in front of the discs?

is it just a case of taking wheels off.. sliding spacer on and sliding wheels back on?

Q: mate im interested in these but i know they do not fit and heard that you will slightly mill these so they do fit? its a SEAT ibiza for the rear discs 06-Aug-07
A: hello there ,yes you are right, what we have found is some vw, seat, rear hubs have a spigot sticking out of them thats around 16mm to 17mm long with the little hubcap for the wheel bearing on it ,this can just touch the inside of the spacer because when they machine the inside they leave a 90 degree angle at the end of the center bore so what we do is put a large radius on the inside and that does the job,as they are made from billet steel theres lots of metal to work with ,we keep a set of modified spacers for the rear here but we are waiting for some fronts to come in , they should be in tomorrow ,so we could send some out to you in the next day or two ,please let us know if we can be of further assistance ,Rgards Andy .

Will I have to file the holes or something

Various people have tried these to find they rattle loose. Not a good product at all.

They dont look like hubcentric ones to me.

Mine have been on my car for 3yrs now (1yr with previous owner, 2yrs with me), never came loose. Most of these 'beware of xyz' are myths.
