Warwickshire once.
Not aloud to run/play footy/box/kick box since my broken leg mate.

Doctors orders! Nothing for a year from end of February.

So I'm just down the Gym a couple of times a week taking it all out on the bench.

Hows life treating you over there?

You might want to continue this on PM.

To save you the phone call - Sky won't insure under 21's.

I'm with them (4yrs NCB, 26 yrs old) - all mods declared for £497 so it will come down in the end, but you need to shop about BIG time. £2900? In two years you'll have paid enough to buy another Cupra!!

Lol.

Its all about age...21 is the milestone where prices drop dramatically. 21 years olds are supposed to be more 'mature' meaning more sensible behind the wheel - thats from the horses mouth of a top insurance broker - and its such a load of bull!

All those of you above tend to be about 23/24 soyour insrance would be alot less.

Insurance is and will continue to constantly become more and more expensive, especialy for younger drivers. Its political as well as statistical.

Its just unfortunate for people like me, who cherrish their cars and use them sensibly, but still have to pay through the roof. I can shop around, but the fact is, im 20yrs old with 0NCB and im trying to insure a grp15car with mods.

The only upside about all this is the satisfaction of knowing everythings fully above board.

But in all respect, your running a 341bhp car, think what hte insurance brokers must think when you tell them your standard 156bhp car is now running 341bhp.

The clearly know you love your cars so you'll pay what ever the price to insure it. Thats the case for me anyway.

I'm sure when you get in your car and put your foot down, the negative points regarding the expensive insurance is overcome with addrenalin!

Oh yeh, i do remember reading that on another thread.

So that means your fully comp. on any car?

At least you never have the issue of not being able to get insured on high group'd cars.

Who you insured with Jacko?
You seem the closest match to myself, i.e. age, NCB etc.

Thanks everyone....you've all now made me more annoyed!!! lol.

I've paid £2900 to insure the same cars you lot are all driving!!!

I used to pay £2600 on my 225bhp 106gti.

Confused.com guarantee's on TV they will return the lowest prices, but they've just quoted £2200 as the cheapest, which is cheaper tha im paying, but i was hoping to get down to £1800 ish.

im with admiral! you must live in a high risk area to be paying that high mate!
