Car is now sold Buyer is collecting it this Friday, once it's been through it's MOT. And on Saturday morning I'm collecting my new car.
Will be sad to see the LCR go. I bought it as it did everything I wanted and did it all very well, but if I'm honest, I was never truly excited by it... it just left me a little cold at first, even though I knew it was the best car for me. But after the first month or so of owning it, it really started to feel more special and now, I'm gutted to be selling. It's a bloody fantastic car and one that if I ever have the chance to own again, I would without a moments hesitation.
The whole point of this sale was to raise and save money though, ready for the first step onto the property ladder. Me and the Mrs have sold our cars and have bought one between us which is.... an Escort GTi Essex, I'm coming at ya!
It's a mint car, drives nice, looks nice, does everything I need and will be cheap to run and maintain. Not a patch on the LCR, but a good car nonetheless
So that's me done folks... no doubt I'll stick around but as you would have noticed over the last couple of weeks, my time spent here will be much less.
