Good work and enjoy the house...you may have to put that LCR on hold if you have to get married as well!

Ive done both....bought the house...waited 3 years, go married, and then i was allowed to get the LCR this year :D

You will love home owning more. I sometimes wish i got a LCR whn i boguht my flat but the extra cash went on the flat screen etc so it just worked out better.

Good luck with the house buying, it's a sound move and although the repayments are high to start with you'll look back in 5 years with £50k of equity in the property and be glad you got on the ladder when you did.

You don't need to leave the site just because you sold the car, we need people to answer the n00bs queries as to which whooooshy dump is best for them ;)
