if only all driving was 1/4 mile at a time it'd be so easy.
valvers don't get going til 80+
not much good on the road then...unless you want a driving ban

lol, yeah.
Well I'd say they get going much earlier. Lets put it this way, valvers are AWESOME cars on country roads and 3rd gear is you friend. Between 40mph and 115mph it goes like stink.
p.s. FWD cars that do 13s go through front tyres like there's no tomorrow and become useless in the wet.
You wont be disappointed with a valver Ibiza, I can guarantee you that, but you have to work for it (makes it much more rewarding) as the power main power band isn't until 4000rpm till about 6750rpm But if big BHP is what you are after, you are better off saving up for a mk3 1.8t Ibiza as you can tune those to 330+ BHP, whereas with the mk2 you'll struggle hitting 200.
Mig
13 seconds in a 150 bhp car is a bit keen.
Thanks for the info. Sounds good
Im guessing that cams and a remap are just going to push the power higher up the revs?
Still, over 150bhp would make me happy
chrisdamans is a 1.8 16v
didn't want to confuse F2 Ed with all the different types of mk2s available, as we all know that would need a thread of its own
