Fair enough... was going to advise shopping around a bit as £105 fitted per corner is the norm at the moment.

lol.... now im gonna feel bad whoever i give it to..

FMIC on and the boost seems more consistent, not sure i would notice the difference so much with the weather we are having but we'll see when its hot.

i have a few tips for anyone who is thinking of doing it.

I didn't fit my pads as it was raining and i got about 3mm left on mine so may as well use that up.

I cant really hear the induction kit with the CIA on. Without it, its ROARS. Not sure what to do now. Might cut a few holes in the CIA right by the filter???

Post some pics Probee :D

Worst place to cut holes would be near the filter! Whole point is that the filter will only be sucking in cold air... If you cut holes it'll suck the heat in through them.... plus it makes the rest of the CAI kinda null n void!

Its still roaring you just cant hear it as much as the sound is now coming out from the end of the CAI, rather than from the end of the induction, you've probably found your dump is quieter too, as the "echo" has further to travel....Unless you have the Split R...

Got a splitter R. :D

Well air will be forced down the CIA and the filter will surely suck this in (mostly) but the hole will give the noise somewhere to escape to??

Ill run it as it is for a week or so!! See how it does i might make a custom adapter that the CIA bolts on to the the adapter on the the filter. Might be had to picture but i have a good image in my head :D

hehe

It took longer than it should at 3 hrs because i did it sort of in the door of the garage and it was cramped..

I'll have to see about the St-Ives meet.. i'll ask 'er in doors' if im allowed.. :)

Looks spot on! I'm a big fan of keeping things like that quite discreet, so I like that fact it doesn't stand out too much, but you can still see it peeking away from behind the grill :D
