hey tripple d, I have that sort of money and more sat in the bank, just thought I'd rub it in :D

I'm saving to pay off my mortgage and 150 bhp is more than enough for my bizza :p

good luck with the project, sounds pretty involved with all that internal work

what internal work will be being done exactly ?

Internals will consist of uprated valves, pistons, conrods etc etc

mmm...me thinks this new turbo is working better than the previous one! It feels much quicker and more responsive in the lower revs.

However, my boost pipe popped off the turbo 2 times within 10 yards yesterday...that's 3 times since the new turbo has been fitted!

Is that the 90 degree rubber pipe at the back of the engine bay that leads to the top of the turbo. Why isn't that just one piece of metal pipe? This pipe popped off mine last week.

That's the one m8 yer! It's never come off before...only since the new turbo has been fitted! But 3 times in about a week now is a bit strange...might have to inspect further when i get a free minute or 2

If it keeps popping off then the clip may have missed the collar of the turbo, therefore clamping pipe to pipe. That what I did when I removed it thinking, I might be able to get at the manifold bolts better, but found a good spot to get at them now.
