i was wondering on these large rims the other day. if you running 17 x 8 or maybe 9. (as DJ Big Fella is) what tyres do you guys run? im not a fan of stretched as i personally dont like the idea. but i wondered what size tyre you wuld need for them to be as "normal"....

Also.. how much do they cost?(tyres not the rims) coz ive seen em for like 150 a corner !!!

cant fit bigger then 205 40 17 on the back, or at least i couldnt. i bought 215 40s for 8 inchers and they wouldnt fit past the side skirt.

mine in the picture are 8x17, 245-35-17 tyres...
as said 40/45 profile will touch the skirt on the rears.
mines modded now to allow bigger to fit and go low... cut n shut to achieve this. not for the nervous.
picture shows with 15mm spacers on rear also.

i have 205 40's on the front and 215 40's on the rear. don't know how much tyres would cost as i haven't changed them yet.
