Looks like a better fit then the lagua cooler.
How do you mount it ...

I don't know if is better than laguna's (because here in Spain there is nobody with them) but is easier, definately.

I am doing the whole piping with inox pipes joining them with silicone elbows, but you can make it whole in silicone hoses (joining them with metal pipes), if you want:

There is no possible to put this intercooler without cutting the bar. But if you want, you can buy another one (not new), it's not expensive.

PD: I am wishing to have end this work on my car. Mates tell me that the car pulls harder on the top rpms.

I don't know the part number, but is easy, all fronteras with the 2.3 and 2.8 Turbo Diesel have it.

your still using the flat plastic restrictive pipe tho!?!

ive got a forge crash bar if anyones interested

its alot thinner than the standard one
