I am doing the whole piping with inox pipes joining them with silicone elbows, but you can make it whole in silicone hoses (joining them with metal pipes), if you want:
There is no possible to put this intercooler without cutting the bar. But if you want, you can buy another one (not new), it's not expensive.

so are you going to do a step by step quide when you fit your intercooler? So everyone can see how easy it is?
Does the bumper go back on with the standard mesh in place?
I have managed to source the intercooler for 45 + vat so could be a cheap option the whole lot for around 100.

Thats for a used one haven't got it yet just found somewhere with one in stock locally, they are around 225 new from the dealers.
