would a k04 turbo off mk 2 leon fit mk 1 cupra r

im not sure if this is in the right section but an wondering if the turbo used in the mk2 leon tfsi would fit into i mk 1 cupra r. im sure there both k04 turbos but is there much difference to fittings an would it give it more power or would it be no good for the leon mk1. thanks for any input

The Turbo's that come with the TFSI engines are combined with a manifold, so probably no, wothput a lot of trouble.

The K04 Twin scroll in the TFSI engines is a completely different turbo to the k04's in the Cupra R's. It is about the same size/power as the GT28RS.

what about the manifold would that fit? i no the mk 2 is a 2litre an mk 1 1.8 but not sure if it would fit, was thinking of trying something different but not sure if worth the hassle. whats twin scroll mean? thanks
