Hello everyone, I have just got my Leon updated from the workshop to the version 1896, but I have not noticed any change regarding the AA. Could everyone please guide me if and how I can enable the wireless AA? In the settings of my AA in the phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 5G) it is enabled.

That's odd , looks you have the same settings as me and very similar phone (s21 ultra) and mines was working even before the 1896 update (fan not clima) Maybe something the previous owner had done, but I'm afraid I don't know.

There is a menu where you have to enable the WiFi hot-spot for it otherwise the android auto wirelessly would not work. Have to do it on my one as the hotspot is disabled from default

Same for me. Apparently the dealer needs to enable some additional things to get it working - others have managed to do this themselves using obdeleven.

You have to enable the WiFi hotspot so android auto can connect. I had it same on my car until i went for Android auto settings and enabled that.

After this i was able to connect my Android auto wirelessly

I don't see this option in my car for android auto, it just shows Connect with cable. But can see the hotspot option for apple carplay.

should i ask service center if they can/have to activate it?

Bit odd you aren't seeing it given you are posting from Germany on the IP address. Quite understand some services are limited outside the EU but I'd expect your car to have both in the EU. Anyone ?.

It will be interesting to see if this is disabled via coding in 5F module? I don't see the point to disable wirelessly and leave the wired enabled
