Latest SW for 8" infotainment? Android auto issues

Hello guys,

Can you please tell me what is the latest firmware for the 8" infotainment? I want to know this in order to know if I have the latest or not, because of an issue with android auto.

When I connect the phone, if I touch the logo, it disconnects and does not want to connect again. The only solution is to get out of the car, lock it, wait some time, unlock and then try it again.

This is not normal. So, maybe a SW update will solve the issue. Thanks

which phone do you use? which version is currently installed? otherwise check the system settings

I use a Huawei P30, all the latest updates available, including Android auto (AA) app, updated by Google Play. It is the last certified phone from Huawei, so there are no hacks involved.

AA is set to auto launch. There are no limitations from the phone. I didn't find any specific settings in the infotainment

The car firmware is 1545, so, do I have a newer version? I saw that for the 10" is at 1970 already

please take a photo of your system information radio. Your system has nothing to do with the 1969 update you know about

This is the picture. On the update menu, it says it is the last version, but as I read on this forum, there a lot of up to date, but they are 3-4 versions behind, at least. So I don't trust that

I see blank for bluetooth, but it is working just fine with my phone. I also use Seat connect, if it matters in any point.

thank you, please press the menu button until you get to the hidden service menu, then click on update and state the exact firmware name or take photos please

This is the menu I got and the second screen for software update. Nothing to scroll for the second picture

In the service update menu is trying to search for an USB, but is nothing connected, so ...

PS: On the menu button, does nothing when I keep it pressed, the only "hidden" menu is on the button with the car on it, pressed for 5 seconds I think

Yesterday I went to my local dealer and updated to the latest version, 1805. The interface is the same, no difference
