Will Cupra Exhaust fit my DAB?

There's already a cut out on the rear valance on a Dab.
Not sure if it will be big enough to take the Cupra exhaust though.
I think I'm just going to get a chrome trim.
I can't understand why they put a visible exhaust on the Dab and not have it chromed at the end.
Usually I would agree on changing the rear box but the car is brand new so I think I'll just stick a trim on it.

Norrie.

Do you have any pictures of the zaust with just a trim on it?? Wouldnt mind doing this to mine as it looks kinda shite!
Are you talking about the cheapy looking trim you get from halfrauds? or is there a better looking trim elsewhere??

Not got a trim for mine yet.
I'm going to Maccess on Wed so will try and get one there.
Probably try and get a stainless steel one if possible.
I think it would look good with an oval trim.
You will probably have to cut the end of the exhaust before fitting it so it dosen't look like a trim.

Looks good.
Did you have to cut anything off the original exhaust?
I like the colour coded side strips and the side sils.:)
Did you have a bodyshop do the side strips?

norrie, i did not cut the pipe as the clamp is not seal tight if you know what i mean but i painted the inside of the tip and the exhaust tailpipe black so when you look at it you cant see the inner exhaust its works quite well unless you get on your hands and knees.Side strips and skirts o/e £220inc vat had painted and fitted at local bodyshop for £140, just after some spacers for rear alloys:D
