You're not going to have time. Firstly you need the 4 injectors. Then you need someone with expert knowledge of removing & installing PD injectors as it is not a simple unbolt and plug in job. You need to have all the correct bolt torque ratings, and each injector needs setting up on a certain point of the cam rotation (This is where you mentioning the vernier gauge comes in). It's not easy at all. If you get it mapped on the current injectors, see if you can ask them to write you a map for higher fuelling injectors at the same time? They might do it for no extra charge.

And I have the official manufacturer info for removing/refitting PD injectors units too, so I was able to undertake the fitting of my race injectors myself (with the aid of a couple of mates who run a garage and had all the gear I needed ;))

Ah yes - working for VW does make it a bit easier! :p

You might fiond your current intake is enough, but on pd130 ibiza/fabia, fitting the cupra ibiza pd160 air snorkel gives better flowing air.

EGR pipe can be capped off yes. Either just slip in a thin sheet of metal to suit ro go the whole hog and get the Allard EGR power pipe which comes with the blanking kit and a sexy EGR replacing pipe.

E.G.Rs already blocked matey and the airbox on the caddys different to the fabia, its like a touran if you know what that looks like! its got a letterbox in the slam panel and a C shaped tube that comes down ito the box, im not after to much power, just ''enough'' to be un-expected!
