The answer is probably the guy who races in the same series as Bill at Castle Combe, he has a fully race prepped LCR with 400bhp+
It was on one of Bills video clips (in car) of him racing at Combe, check out the 'Badgerwagon goes Racing' thread
The leon 20vt can be every bit as capable as any other 20vt motor from vw/audi etc so really its a case of how much money you have.

RobDon's 300 ish BHP BT Star performance tuned one
CSD_19's 320 BHP BT Star performance tuned one
Not sure what time each does 1/4 mile but quickly

And of course DPJ's and Yumnan's ones are in the making
Don't forget Traumapat is running about 330 IHI. I think Yuman's is likely to have consideralby more power than mine.
