Its all about a mk2 RS, nothing chavy about them just an aggressive as f**k bodykit and a standard turbo that'll get you over 400bhp. not to mention the noise, nothing comes close for 20k.

i think im going to look on pistonheads

I dont think a chav can afford a focus RS. But seriously...I bought my LCR with 6k on the clock for 18k. There is nothing on the market that comes close to the LCR in that price range and age.

Yep the f***ers buy them on fiance without thinking and when they cant keep up with payments they have to hand over the keys lolz

Focus rs are sexy though, cant stand the green colour thought.

I still cannot find anything to replace mine with, I was looking on autotrader last night and all I can find are mini cooper s clubmans or Saab 9-3 turbos. I don't want to spend anymore than 10k though. I also like the look of the pug rcz 200 gt.and the Astra Vxr, but I don't want to get tied into finance :(

if a golf R is to expensive look at the mk2 Audi S3, 4 wheel drive and a k04 turbo as standard so they make good power with little bolt on's and a remap, not a loud body kit but more of a stealth look.

I love the look of them but from the specs they don't seem that great.... 200 bhp with no turbo if I remember rightly

GT86 is the wrong choice if you want to go fast in a straight line. The 0-60 is a bit over 7 sec, and it's pretty gutless at low revs. Same kind of car as the RX8. Designed to be fun without needing to be massively fast (it comes with low grip tyres for added sideways).

Personally I *really* want a GT86, but that's just me. I really wanted an RX8 too, but at the time I couldn't stomach 19mpg....

It's about £26k. But it's slow. 0-62 in about 8 secs.

Fun to drive apparently. Think I read it was design to oversteer! :drive1:

To be honest, I wouldn't buy a Toyota in general if I was looking for "performance". On a positive note, however, it looks amazing and I'd definitely LOVE to have it as my second car for just driving around the city if I ever get rich in the future. :D

i think its all been said , any of the R branded VW range are a good bet , i know the focus RS has a chav image but nothig beats the feeling of owning an RS.

The new astra VXR might also have a chav image but there is no getting away from the upmarket look they are now going for , the seats look fantastic and the handling is suppossed to be the dogs danglies.

personally i like to own cars which arnt as popular on the roads , sort of a Q car.

The other day i was parked up sitting in my car window down , and an older couple from America stopped looked and commented on my car , the lady said it must be a suzuki with the S badge on the back LOL LOL

After just getting an insurance quote on a TTS and a Golf R I think I'm out of the market for a new car.

Both cars, as stock, are more than double my current premium for a highly modified (all mods declared) Cupra.

I guess thats the value of the vehicle and desirability (more likely to be stolen)!

TT insurance seems to be more for some reason when I was looking it was around a 1/3 more for a TTRS.. Which I found odd!
