Finished a 1000 mile round trip to Paris and back. The car was absolutely faultless and a pleasure to drive and be a passenger in according to the family. The cupra really is a wolf in sheep's clothing. My cupra is now well and truly run in with no issues ;)

429 mile round trip to Eastleigh in the 184 and still 60 miles left in the tank and managed to get a cbr250 frame in the back

I filled the Cupra up with Shell V Power Nitro Plus yesterday, I really think I can feel a positive difference between the Esso Synergy Supreme + that I normally fill up with. I'm thinking the 20 mile trip for Shell might be worth it.

Finally got round to booking the Leon in to get the passenger door rattle sorted. I swear its getting worse! Next Thursday gloucester seat are going to have a look at it.

Any key words I should say to them or numbers i should quote that you know of? When i asked the book in Woman if this was a common complaint she said she had NEVER encountered it before!! I can see myself picking it up and it still rattling!

I have just come back to North Leeds from Leicester, 2hours 13 minutes to do 103 miles but........74.3mpg out of an ST FR 184 to do door to door

Economy mode, stop start disabled and air con running on low setting. I run my tyres at 33psi front and back on 18 inch Potenza's

That's impressive!
Do you know what you got going the other way? Or didn't you go back!?
What mileage can you get from a full tank?

I met mine today. Picked it up and went home.

Then thought of reasons to go back out again. Post office, Morrisons and fill with V Power Nitro.

Still got to get used to a lot of things and try to get Spotify playing through the media system.

And it needs a proper clean.

18 months in I still look for excuses to take it out....such a great combination of engine, gearbox and handling.
and it's a DIESEL for heaven's sake.

Me too, I've got the day off work today and all I want to do is drive it. I always make excuses as to why we have to go in my car and not the other halfs lol

how are you finding the DTUK box?

been some more debate lately....

Still love it. Can't fault it, power is always there and my fuel consumption is a lot better too. People love slagging off technology that they don't really know about or tried. If my car ever has any serious problems and its proven to be the box then yeah I will be very annoyed but for now it's probably the best thing I ever bought for my car.

That's wicked! The most I've got from my 184 is 550 to empty so about 490/500 to red light. Do you always drive in ECO?

99% of the time at work ( unless a hairdresser pulls alongside me in lane two in a TT)

Sport at weekends in my own time for a bit of fun.

I get annoyed when people hammer past me only to slow down and then force me to use brakes. I get such high MPG by hardly ever using the brakes. On motorways I use to cruise control to get me up to speed and thereafter use the cruise to adjust braking distances, it is only if I have to come to a dead stop that I use the middle peddle. this technique requires a lost of observation and I am looking 1/2 mile ahead.

Accelerate brake accelerate is what costs MPG.

I once got 620 to the light and still had 50 miles range left.

This weekend gone, Added some LED's from LEDPerf and what a difference it made and yesterday got the car washed :)

Any error codes or problems with the LED perf lights? Did you need to use the resistors?
