Pick my new FR SC up a week on Thursday and I'm booked into there on the Saturday to get the front wrapped the same as that. It transforms the front of the car

Let us know what this is like when it turns up... got a whole fleet of Leon models

I'm rather impressed with the quality. And it comes in a neat little presentation box.

Got a quote from the stealers to replace the front upper grill demolished by a grouse yesterday evening. Just the grill, no other bodywork. Guess how much for supply & fitting?

Looking and being are too different things tho. Will they charge you if its return broke? I assume they will so imagine that as money saved in the future to hypothetically soften the blow if needs must

It's a real mess, shattered with holes. It did it's job & saved damage to the radiator. Unfortunately it needs replacing sooner rather than later.

I've looked. The trouble is the leasing company state in their T&C's they need it back looking as standard.

From experience lease companies will not only charge you for damage but add on an 'admin' charge that will mean you end up paying more.
If its a company motor have you checked the insurance? Normally companies have an excess and will settle bills that are below the excess, to avoid premium rises.
I recently had a Passat v Pheasant incident that involved considerable damage, I didn't have to claim as it was below the excess.

Yup this is a company leased car & yes well below the excess. I just feel it's an outrageous sum to replace a bit of broken plastic & fit it.

Lower grille on Passat was £80 or thereabouts. Can't comment on cost to fit as they had to fit a load more ( veryexpensive bits at the time......

Yeah it really makes such a difference. Thinking of getting the bottom lip done a darkish red now.

Just took a few layers of alloy and paint off my NSF wheel. Went around a roundabout at just the perfect angle to catch a crater like pothole. Not fecking happy [:@]
