Yes I agree I dont see the point of pops and bang mapps they are in my view pointless.

There was talk in the uk of putting noise sensors by traffic lights to try and catch people who have noisy cars but so far nothing.

This is how we deal with noisy exhaust in the UK :)

In the Netherlands, this is already a reality... We have a couple of cities with noise activated camera's (especially in the city center).

If only these chavs here with ultra loud exhausts could think of other people, but unfortunately they have proven to be selfish

Just some RGB led lights for the front footwells, I've got them set to red to match the other interior lighting, I'm deciding whether to change the white led above the usb ports as well.

I've got the wiring kit to add rear footwell lights as well, I'll chuck them in tomorrow.

First track day of the year and a lot of Fun,

Several very fast Leon's there and I bumped into an old seatcupra.net member from back in the days when we used to have regular meets.

Saw this Leon and liked the sliver/chrome finish as against the bronze which personally I dont like

You might want to consider installing RGB lights that will be using the same color as door ambients: https://www.seatcupra.net/forums/resources/retrofit-rgb-footwell-leds.100/

Then you might consider adding few more lights as I did in my car and spent definitely too much money... đŸ˜…

Nice!

Yep that's the plan, the rear footwells will be RGB and set to red to match the ambient lighting.
I guess I'll do the one above the usb ports to finish it off.

Now you've got me looking at adding more lights! đŸ˜…

I just bought myself this badboy. Unfortunately it is not mine paint and I am not willing to spend more money on it than I already did so I am going to strip carbon splitter and mount it my car. I am thinking whether I am willing to loose fog lights in order to mount those side grilles - what do you think? Rest of it I will try to sell to get at least few pennies back.

It's a shame you're not in the UK! If the plastics is damage free (no cracks/scrapes) and the mounting tabs are all intact, and depending on the bumper part number, I'd have bought the bumper form you but the postage would make it not economical.

I'm sure the bumper will sell quickly!

That's boomer, because it is in perfect condition - no cracks and no scratches. How about few days holiday in Poland? :ROFLMAO:

I have a pre facelift model cupra with no fogs and where I live dont need them, personally I think they look better without but it does depend on your personal likes and where you live (eg do you get a lot of Fof/Mist)

I would loose the fogs

Keep in mind that those wires from AliExpress does not have connector under the seats. That's not an issue for now, but might be in the future when you need to remove seats without removing wires from the seat!

Not sure what you mean, the cables have the connector plugs so I can just pop the lights in and out like the the OE ones if I need to
