On the underside of your bonnet, at the front, do you have two rubbers (one either side) that can be adjusted, and two holes ( again one either side) near to said rubbers that look like they could take a screw in rubber but there is nowt in them ? Cant put a pic up I'm about 300 miles away from car atm :(
Washer bottle on ours is nearside.

Had a another look, and do have two holes next to the 2 round rubbers at the front as you describe with nowt in, but just noticed I have the 2 square rubbers just above those two holes also, so have 6 rubbers on bonnet and none at position shown in photos. Car built on 3/6/14.

OK folks. Got some photos on photobucket now. How do I upload on here?

The rubber blocks in your picture are the same as the one's fitted to the bonnet of my car. Comparing the pictures the blocks seem to be better suited for fitting to the bonnet in my opinion!

Well I hate to be wrong but in this case I'll put on some surgical shoes! I stand to be corrected! Nice one. Thanks.

Did some prep for the weekend today - will be taking the winter wheels off and putting the summer ones back on. Picked up rear mudflaps from the dealer too as might as well fit those whilst wheels are off.

Gave the summer wheels a quick Iron-X and wash down. Will give them a coat of protective wax before fitting at the weekend

Fitted genuine Seat mudflaps front and rear. Necessary as car is white.

Perfect fit, and were do-able without taking the wheels off, although the rears were a bit more fiddly due to proximity of tyre.

Design could be better however as the length under the sill is quite short, would have thought they need to be some 1-2 inches more.

Thinking they are well overpriced for amount of material used when produced !

I was behind an ST earlier and the mud flaps on that looked moulded to the sides but we're a good 3 inches lower on the car. If they aren't from SEAT someone is doing very convincing aftermarket ones. If I can find out who I'll post it here as I'd replace my fronts for these.

Thanx for that Eoin

They came in two boxes ( one for front and one for rears ) with the additional torx screws and fixings included, the instructions included also looked to be 100% official.

Each mudflap had Made in Austria stamped on them.

Easy mate, it sits under the black cover wich covers the wiper motor. Go on youtupe there are lots of vids on it, mainly on golf mk7 gtis. I took mine right out but you can just lift the cover and unplug it.

I think this man should get a Nobel Prize for services to humanity.
that's Saturday morning sorted!!

Touched up a stone chip on the spoke of one of my alloy wheels, don't know how it got there right on the inside part too. Can say though that VW/Audi platinum grey paint LD7X is a great match to the titanium Cupra 19" wheels, and only cost me £3.90 from Extreme Auto Accessories on Amazon, and the touchup is a mix that does not need any lacquer on either. I also bought a phantom black LZ9Y at £6.85 with the same mix, so for less than one SEAT stick I got paint for the body and the wheels that is easier to use.

so the Audi one's the same shade then?
(easier than going outside and lifting the bonnet)
