White would just look rubbish imo......(don't flame me here) You'd have to clean them daily to keep them looking right, especially in this weather. Dare i say white rims might look a bit 'chavvy' on a black car.

Black wheels with a silver rim is only ok on things like RX7's

Look at this linky of when i had my car 'Professionally Polished' and see how nice my wheels look when they are clean (the third picture of just my wheel) they just need to be a bit more silver so they look like that even when a bit filthy

No normal MK3 wheels aren't chav

White wheels are chav - but thats because they stick out and get noticed, which in this day and age = chav

How much are you paying to get them sprayed anyway? I'd save the money and invest in a set of 17's
