I’m puzzled – Puddle in the rear driver side footwall only.
I’ve followed the guide on here around water getting into the car as they are like sieves, I’ve re-sealed the metal plate behind the door card which was slightly damp, and I’ve pulled the trim out surrounding the back seat on that side and the pillar.
I’ve cleaned the channels up top and along the bottom of the door
The pollen filter is dry and can’t see any signs of water getting in + the front passenger footwall is dry.
I can’t see where the water is getting in from, nothing is wet other than the floor. No matter where I pour water on the outside I can’t see it coming in. The air pipe under the seat seems dry too.
The water seems to sit in the rear driver footwall against the centre console area, It seems dry all above and around it.
The MRS was due to have a baby yesterday and still hasn’t popped and as I need the car every day for work and across the weekend I don’t really have the time to pull all the seats out and pull the carpet up as a last resort
Anyone have any ideas?
