I sometimes just wash it down with pressure washer,doesnt look really clean but it does wash the salt off.

It washes the salt that you can see off. But has it really removed all the salt?

Well i give it a proper clean at weekend with wash/wax soap but if it is during the week and its bad i will give it a swill off,including the arches and under car too,i concentrate more under car than anything,this removes most of the salt or dilutes it so it doesnt harm anything,im not saying it cleans the car,there is still a film of dirt there but it will not contain salt.

I finally washed car yesterday, 2hrs, first time doing the 2 bucket wash thingy which didnt really work well for me as id move round the car to wash with one bucket and have to keep remembering to move the second one to rinse, oh well practice makes perfect!

Cleaned inside door frames and spent extra time on alloys that were pure dirt!

wake up this morn and its chucking it down!
