warrenty and cat D

iv recently got a 04 reg leon cupra that had been in an accident and is now a cat D on log book. just wondered if the warrenty is now void as its been crashed and fixed? any1 work for a car dealer?

if the repairs were not carried out at a seat dealership or approved repair centre, the warranty is most likely void

depends what aspect of the warranty & what the crash was & what was damaged

If you was to have a visit to your dealer they could get it up on their computer to see what has been logged there.
They will be able to tell you a bit of the cars history too
