I have the obd eleven app and tried as per previous post.
The mirror fold keeps saying 'something went wrong' please retry.
The lock unlock chirp is advising enabled.. Wierd

There's been problem with the app - I also had that error last week, but with the latest update it is
fixed.

This might be a stupid question, but it is the PRO version of the app you have - the paid one?

Anyyone tried something similar like this - it sounds interesting- and if it works on seat?

Increased sensitivity of the throttle pedal

Controller 01- Engine

07 - Coding

Byte 0, Bit 0-2,

Change from (01) to AUDI (02) this will dramatically reduce lag on pressing accelerator pedal.

Ok i just had a short drive with the throttle setting set to audi, and it actually feels more dynamic in dynamic mode! and the distance i have to press speeder before response isba bit shorter. Its not drastically changed but it felt somewhat better. Will have to do some longer drives

Is there a security access code that's needed to change this?

Yes, it does. But in sport it also goes way too high in revs for my liking in daily driving. My initial impression with the mod, is that the speeder response is now closer to sport mode, while in dynamic. But I will need some more driving before I can get a good feel

Looking forward to your report - changing things like this, is like washing the car. You imagine it to be better and the differences, or lack of, is something you suddenly become aware of because you start focusing it :)

Can someone with a Leon TDI FR DSG - readout byte 0 from - and perhaps tell me what it states.

Controller 01- Engine

07 - Coding

Byte 0

My byte 0, was standard saying 11, with changes it says 12- the number 2 is alright, but I am wondering why it stated '1'2 - what vehicle type is that?

Can anyone shed some information as to the differences between the standard Obd 11 and the OBD 11 Professional versions please ?

I note on ebay that the standard is approx £32 and the Pro is approx £52, but when I read thro' the description for each version they seem to list the same capabilities. Or am I missing something ?

Pro version allows for coding and adaption, standard is more or less just for read out and live data, not of much use.

It is perhpaps newer than VCDS 12.12. I just tried with my old 12.12 VCDS cable, and the value 11 doesn't seem to exist in byte 0. It only had 00 and 08 stated as possible values in bit 3-5.

So if someone could be so kind to read out Byte 0, bit 3-5 possible values in newest VCDS version then I will be grateful. Its just that I need an explanation to why byte 00 got value 11/12 instead of 01/02
