Unable to use Cupra remote lock/unlock

I have bought a second hand Cupra Leon '21 and have everything activated (Mycupra app and Cupra connect).
Till now i am not able to use unlock/lock the car remotely by app. The rest of the app work, like pre heating and so on.. About unlock/car mode the app said: VERIFICATION IN PROGRESS. But it is already 2 weeks on this status. I uploaded my ID card and took a selfie with the app. But after it, nothing happend. I went out to the service point and they said that my verification is already done and it should be fine. If not working: They advice me to touch Cupra HQ. Did that, but they said: no the service point has to activate this. Shame on this!

But now i am thinking that my Cupra Connect was already activated by a earlier user. It is active till feb 2025. So i think, maybe that could be the issue? Other e-mail on cupra connect account then my own account? Is that possible? No one can help me now and that is so freaking frustrating. Cupra said: in case of privacy we cannot say anything about other account and cupra service point says they dont know what to do...

Very strange story. Can any one advice me? Help me? The rest of the apps work well ,only that unlock/locking is not possible. I would have this.

Remote locking/unlocking has to be activated at a Seat representative. At least that's what happened to me (Leon MK4 ´24)

If you use the new My Cupra app then you can do it yourself, verify your ID online with a photo ID you hold, in the UK this worked for me and I can lock remotely.

I think they call the process "ident". When I took delivery of my car I had a nightmare getting this function activated. They wanted more information than my last mortgage application. In the end I copied in head office/complaints to the emails I was sending to the dealer, and also asked for the Cupra data protection officers details, as I was gravely concerned about the information they were requesting. Oddly the feature was activated very shortly after this email.
