MyCupra - where's my heated steering wheel gone?

Hi, I've just tried to use the cupraconnect app but it told me I needed to download MyCupra. I've done that but found it's lacking some of the functionality. I used to have separate options to heat windscreens and steering wheel but now I'm only able to heat the entire car or the rear window. Am I being dim or has it disappeared? Plug in hybrid Cupra Leon btw.

I think they got rid of those with the myCupra app something about the encryption and security against cyberattacks from what id read. could be wrong. I know mine had the option for the seats and the wheel and it's gone. I can't see them on the iOS app at least.

But they still let you unlock and lock your car - very weird. It's like a step backwards

I got issues with the app from day 1 that i bought this second hand car. Im still not verified so unlock or locking the car is not possible. Went 4 times to the dealer and they said: " uuuuhhh how can we do that... you are already verified."
Not a awesome start, to be honest..
