Just upgraded from a SEAT Leon 2021 e-hybrid to a CUPRA Leon 2025 e-hybrid, so far mostly an excellent update.
However, can't get the user/profiles to work on the infotainment system. I assume it would work as it does on the old SEAT system, where when you switch users that users settings and layout apply?
I first setup myself as a main user, configured everything to my liking. Then added my wife as a user, connected the app and everything. Then she configured her user.
But whatever we do, always with both keys when we unlock the vehicle her user is assigned with her preferences. If I switch to my user, none of the preferences applies, no matter how many times I configure my profile, it always gets reset to her settings. Extremely annoying since we have the electric seats, and they get set in her position and won't remember mine after the car is turned off.
I've tries wiping the system twice (factory reset) to no avail.
Any ideas on what is going on? Also, any way to manually assign a specific key to a user? Or is the "auto option" the only one?
