This annoyin, my car smoking quite abit now, alot on when i pull away, big puff of blue smoke, checked the ic pipin, they seem to be real oily, its annoyin as this is the 3rd turbo, now its doin it with ko3s now [:@]
I checked the oil return when i fitted the ko3s and sump hole (oil retunr attachemnt) didnt feel clogged.
If the oil pressure is too high can it blow the turbo seals> at what pressure can turbo seals fail on???

Out of interest are you running a catch tank and is the PCV valve still plumbed in?

Seems strange that the problem has persisted for 3 turbos. Do you have an oil pressure gauge?

Is it catching much vapour and completely separated from the intake, i.e. vented to atmos rather than plumbed back into the TIP?

When i 1st fitted it, didnt catch much but caught quite abit durin the cold weather...its venting to atomosphere, the mushrrom on the intake has been removed and plumbed..

Mines are stem seals as confirmed...

if the rocker gasket leak..it cause the oil to seep into sparkplug housing and get burnt off..
