Where did you get the washer bottle from?

And have you replaced the power steering bottle as well?

Looks awesome fair play, not sure if i like the black no. plate tho.

Turbocharger on a vr6 would be a bad idea, you would end up melting the engine. Supercharger would be a more efficient way of getting extra power.

I could be wrong but I think VR6 engines are high compression where as turbo engines are low compresion, I could be wrong though

EIP does turbo VR6s since years,,, obviously you can't just bolt a turbo on the inlet mani and go like that,,, you need to lower compression [and changing a lot of other stuff like fueling etc.] and that can be done with different head gasket and/or pistons,,,

The worst thing about turbo'ing a VR is getting the power down, you really need to be going 4wd. SC's struggle too, Ltd Slip Diff can help though.

I see you what you mean now. From what Ive learnt alot of people havent bothered with that route and just tried to short cut by bolting on thus, melting the whole lot.

Sounds like a proper expensive option that, Would that be cheaper than the Supercharger route then?

people that just bolt on a turbo are people who are utterly stupid.

it is an expensive upgrade obviously,,, I *guess* it's more expensive than using a supercharger, but this is based purely by assuming you won't lower the compression [changing pistons and/or head gasket]. anyway, in both cases you'll need a different intake mani, an IC, fueling upgrade [injectors and/or fuel pump], the turbo needs a different exhaust mani too, the sc needs a pulley system, then you got oil routing and there's surely other stuff I'm forgetting,,, both mods are kinda expensive but if you're clever you can do alot of stuff by yourself [like dpj has done upgrading his turbo] and save major €€.

No mate trying to sell them as i have got a new set in mind!! :p

The washer bottle is an All Smiles one got it off a guy on ED38, they don't make them any more.

The power steering bottle is the standard one but with a polished cap on it.

Spent a few hours on the VR this morning, as the tax ran out on New Years eve and i am not going to tax it for a few months as it will not really be used while the weather is ****.

This is probably the dirtiest one of my cars has been in years!!!!!

So after a wash and a quick going over with some polish and wax just to keep it protected while she is undercover there will be a full detailing session ready for the show season.

Well the merc rims got sold on as i decided i wanted some 17's instead so have been looking out for some rims but not sure what i want really. Anyway after a quick call from my mate rob saying there was a set of TT rims going cheap on the bay i put in a bid and won for £123!

Not exactally the most original rims on a mk3 and not what i ultimately want as they have been done to death but will do for the time being and will add a bit of bling once they have been polished.

On the car with the standard 225/45/17's soon to be changed for the tyres of the RS6 rims. Also need to get some spacers for the rears.

Pics not the best but will get some more when the wheels have been sorted. Also got a few other bits to be sorted before she is back on the road at the end of the month.
